Benita

Benita, a Social Engineer who began her career in mechanical engineering, now holds certifications as a Registered Behaviour Technician and is completing her Qualified Behaviour Analyst credential from the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board in the USA. Dedicated to serving children with special needs, she employs Applied Behaviour Analysis techniques to develop fundamental communication and life skills.
Based in Dubai, and originally from India, Benita has earned her Master of Social Work degree and now brings over two decades of professional experience. Her international work includes supporting children's education, advocating for marginalized communities, and collaborating with women's organizations in South and South-East Asia to enhance skills and economic opportunities.
Throughout her career, Benita has consistently demonstrated commitment, dedication, and compassion. Her focus on diverse interventions aims to bridge gaps and enhance the overall quality of life for communities, families, and children.

Meet Lestari, a dedicated Behavior Support Specialist and Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA), who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. With a strong background in the field, Lestari brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. Her journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, where she developed a profound understanding of human behavior and its complexities. Eager to expand her impact, Lestari pursued further education and obtained her Qualified Behavior Analyst credential, showcasing her commitment to excellence

Ehab Mousa, MAEd., QBA, IBA, has a total of 10 years of experience in the fields of Special Education and Behavior Analysis in Egypt and Kuwait. He holds the position of Behavior Specialist who deals professionally with children with ASD, and other developmental disabilities at Khalifa School for children with special needs in Kuwait. 
Ehab has been working as an ABA therapy services provider for the last five years and has been providing high quality services to clients and their families to make meaningful changes in their lives.
