DR. HOWARD SAVIN
​Ph.D.

Howard has worked with special needs children, and their parents, for more than 40 years. He has exclusively focused on serving the needs of individuals with autism, and their families, for the past 15 years. Howard received a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from University of Georgia and has served on both not for profit, governmental and for profit boards, co-authored a book, written numerous articles, and continues as an editor of Autism Spectrum News.
Dr. Savin is a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania and Colorado. In September 2022, Dr.Savin began to formulate an approach to address the global needs of children diagnosed with ASD and their parents, providing education and resources to parents of in countries where such assistance is currently non-existent or unaffordable.

MS. VICKI MOELLER
​MSc.

Vicki completed her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and her graduate Applied Behavior Analysis courses at California State University - Los Angeles.  Most of her career has been spent in Organizational Management and implementing Quality Management Systems for large provider organizations.  She worked with Dr. Gary LaVigna for many years implementing the Periodic Service Review in a large California provider organization as a replicable process for organizations worldwide. Currently Vicki is the instructor for the ANSI Accredited Behavior Technician Level One Certificate Program. Most of her career has been spent in Organizational Management and implementing Quality Management Systems for large provider organizations. 

DR. MICHAEL REID
​Ph.D., Psy.D.

Michael is a New Zealander who has been living in the USA since 2012. He has clinical interests and specialties that include Autism Spectrum Disorder, Complex and Challenging Behavior, Intellectual Disabilities and Psychopharmacology but to name a few. Becoming frustrated with the barriers to achieving quality service provision and observing a poor understanding within the workforce of evidence based practices, Michael has, in recent years, focused on workforce development, industry education and quality management systems using technology based solutions. Over the years and around the world, he has established community based mental and behavioural health provider organisations, accredited distance and in person education entities, and an Applied Behaviour Analysis credentialing body providing internationally accredited professional credentials.
