What happens next?

1. Please check the email address you entered when booking your appointment
2. The information you receive will contain a link to a video conferencing call as well as the option to use a more local number to call in on your telephone if you prefer (See image below)
3. If you prefer to meet using the telephone, look for "Join By Phone" further down in your invitation received in your email. The listed number will be one that is most local to you
4. You will also receive a reminder of the appointment you booked ahead of the day and time you chose
